| The "Stinger" was "seaQuest"'s equivalent of a one-man fighter aircraft. Resembling a thresher shark, the tiny craft was designed by Lucas, the submarine's resident boy genius. | The Stinger was one of four "seQuest DSV" models released just after the show's September 1993 premiere. Although released just once, the kits remained readily available on the retail and collectors markets for nearly 10 years. |
