Featured in the Japanese anime series "Starship Yamato" (in the USA, "Starblazers"), the Cosmo Zero 52 was a typical "space fighter" combining traditional elements of earthbound military interceptors with comic book/sci-fi accoutrements. |
This Japanese import was
available briefly in the U.S. in the mid-1980s and turns up every now at then on
Ebay. The craft was also produced in a 1/110 scale.
This model is an original 1980s issue. |
