ABOUT MY COLLECTION:  I built my first plastic model -- an aircraft carrier -- at the tender age of seven and became instantly addicted to the hobby of scale modeling.  (I'm thinking maybe it was the glue.)  In any case, while that crudely slapped-together man-o'-war has long since found its way into some long-forgotten landfill, my collection has continued to expand with frightening speed.

I have always been fascinated with sci-fi, fantasy and real space modeling, and since my college days have devoted my attention almost exclusively to this realm.  (Frankly, I don't have the time, the room nor the interest to build much else.)

Many of the models featured on the following pages are original issues, while others are re-releases.  Some were built more than 30 years ago and admittedly lack the polish of my more recent projects. Still, what I may have lacked in skill, I've always made up for with enthusiasm.

Today, I believe that my collection -- although still far from complete -- is one of the most extensive of its kind to be found anywhere on the web -- if not the world.
