ABOUT THE DESIGN

ABOUT THE KIT

Introduced in 1983's "Star Wars - Episode VI: Return of the Jedi," the "Super Star Destroyer" was the largest capital ship in the Imperial fleet.  Measuring a massive 19,000 meters from stem to stern, the arrowhead-shaped interstellar battle-wagon dwarfed even in mighty Star Destroyers that often served as its escorts.

The Imperial flagship "Executor" was commanded by none other than Sith Lord Darth Vader and served as the command vessel for the Emperor himself during the decisive Battle of Endor.

This one-piece resin model was produced by Crazy Details of Argentina.  Featuring adequate but hardly exceptional surface detail, it was purportedly one of 1,000 castings done and made available to "Star Wars" fans worldwide.

Although the model came "pre-painted," it was completely repainted by this modeler for display here in the Virtual Museum of Flying Wonders.

No box art is available.
